What is web-based training?

Web-based training presents live content by one of our instructors via the web. Participants log in to the designated web site, and a live view of the instructor’s computer screen appears. A telephone or headset is used for audio communication. Participants have the opportunity to watch, learn, practice on their own, and ask questions verbally or via the chat feature.
