What is web-based training?
Web-based training presents live content by one of our instructors via the web. Participants log in to the designated web site, and a live view of the instructor’s computer screen appears. A telephone or headset is used for audio communication. Participants have the opportunity to watch, learn, practice on their own, and ask questions verbally or via the chat feature.
What is required to participate?
A computer with an Internet connection. For audio, use the computer’s microphone and speaker, or a headset, or phone.

What classes are available via the web?
All classes are available.
How are classes scheduled?
Classes are scheduled specifically for each client. Contact us to let us know what you are interested in offering and any date preferences. Once the schedule is determined, we will prepare a proposal for your review and approval.
How much does it cost?
Our fees for web-based training are the same as for classroom training but web-based training includes up to 14 students as compared to ten students for classroom training.

What about course materials?
Prior to the class date, we will ship courseware to you for distribution.
How large are the classes?
Classes are limited to a maximum of 14 participants.
How long are the classes?
Web-based classes are taught in three-hour sessions. Courses normally one day in length are divided into two, three-hour sessions.
Are there any additional costs?
If a participant uses a telephone (instead of a headset or computer) for audio, your normal phone charges will apply.
