 Transpose Rows & Columns

  1. Select all consecutive cells that will be transposed.
  2. Copy the selected cells to the clipboard.
  3. Click in the destination cell where the transposed rows and columns are to be pasted.
  4. On the “Home” tab, in the “Clipboard” group, click the Paste button drop-down arrow and in the Paste area, click the Transpose button. The rows and columns are transposed!
