Create a Quick Excel Chart
Work smarter, not harder!
Excel tip – Create a chart on a separate worksheet with a simple keystroke!
Example: You have data in Excel you would like to illustrate in a chart. Charts are great, but sometimes take a long time to create. With this tip you can create a chart using a single keystroke!
- Select the range of cells to be included in the chart. Include text that will be used as labels. To select nonadjacent ranges, select the first range, then press [Ctrl] + select additional ranges as desired.
- Press [F11]. A chart is created on a new worksheet tab.
